     We have come to this earth as God wants us to be Male or Female and we each have a role to play.  We need to be the role that God intended for us to be.  Marriage is to be with a Man and Women and nothing else.  We need to stand up for what we believe to be true.  But while doing this we also need to do it with kindness and love just like the Savior did.  We don't have to agree with what the person has decided to do but we can still love them and show them kindness, we should't shun them and be cruel.  We are all God's children and we should all be treated that way.  I know that I came to this earth to be a mother and a wife and I will live my life so that I can live with my Heavenly Father again. Just like the proclamation says gender is an essential characteristic of each of us.  We are equal but we each have different roles that we play in our families and our lives.
